Which areas of Dubai do you cover?
We are based in Al Rigga, Deira, and cover most of Dubai. Deira and Bur Dubai are usually same day; further areas may be next day. Ask us on WhatsApp for your building.
How much does a visit cost?
The visit and diagnosis charge is AED 99, and it is waived if you go ahead with the repair. You get a written quote before any work starts.
Are you an authorised service centre?
No. We are an independent, multi-brand repair company. If your appliance is still under the manufacturer's warranty, contact the manufacturer first.
Do you give a warranty?
Yes: 90 days on our labour and on the parts we fit. Keep your invoice; it is your warranty card.
How do I pay?
After the work is done and tested, by cash, card or bank transfer. You get an invoice for every job.
Can I send photos or a video first?
Please do. A photo of the model sticker and a short video of the fault on WhatsApp helps us bring the right parts.
