Safe things to check first
- Know where your main water valve is, usually near the kitchen or in a utility cupboard.
- For a burst or fast leak, close the main valve and call us straight away.
- If the leak is from the flat above, tell building management too.

Do you supply the fittings?
We can, or we can fit ones you have bought. If we supply them you get the price before we fit anything.
Can you come for an emergency leak?
Call or WhatsApp us. Close the main valve first, then we will give you the earliest slot we have.
Do you work in villas and apartments?
Both. For work on shared pipes in a building, building management usually has to approve it first.
How much does a visit cost?
The visit and diagnosis charge is AED 99, and it is waived if you go ahead with the repair. You get a written quote before any work starts.
Are you an authorised service centre?
No. We are an independent, multi-brand repair company. If your appliance is still under the manufacturer's warranty, contact the manufacturer first.
