Safe things to check first
- Give it space: at least 5 cm behind and above the fridge so heat can escape.
- Check the temperature dial has not been turned to the warmest setting.
- If the freezer is iced solid, switch off and defrost with the doors open, then tell us when you call.

Is it worth repairing an old fridge?
Usually yes for thermostats, fans, defrost parts and gaskets. If the compressor has failed on a fridge over ten years old, we will tell you honestly whether a new one makes more sense.
Can you fix side-by-side and built-in fridges?
Yes. Tell us the brand and model when you book so the technician brings the likely parts.
Will my food be safe while you work?
Most repairs are done in one visit. Keep a cool box ready if the fridge has already been warm for a while.
How much does a visit cost?
The visit and diagnosis charge is AED 99, and it is waived if you go ahead with the repair. You get a written quote before any work starts.
Are you an authorised service centre?
No. We are an independent, multi-brand repair company. If your appliance is still under the manufacturer's warranty, contact the manufacturer first.
