A failed element or thermostat, or the isolator switch is off.
Breaker keeps tripping
A shorted element or wet wiring. Leave it off until it is checked.
Water dripping from the valve
A worn pressure relief valve or high incoming pressure.
Rusty or smelly water
A worn anode and sediment in the tank. Flushing and a new anode help.
Rumbling or popping noise
Scale and sediment on the element. A descale and flush usually fixes it.
Tank leaking
A corroded tank usually means replacement. We quote both options.
Safe things to check first
- Check the water heater switch (often outside the bathroom) is on.
- If the breaker trips, leave it off and don't keep resetting it.
- If the tank itself is leaking, turn off the cold supply valve to the heater.

Should I repair or replace my water heater?
Elements, thermostats and valves are worth replacing. A leaking tank is not repairable, so we quote a new heater and fit it the same day where possible.
Can you move the water heater to another place?
Small moves within the same bathroom are usually possible. In rented flats, check with the landlord or building management first.
How long do water heaters last in Dubai?
Often eight to twelve years. Hard water shortens that, so a flush every year or two helps.
How much does a visit cost?
The visit and diagnosis charge is AED 99, and it is waived if you go ahead with the repair. You get a written quote before any work starts.
Are you an authorised service centre?
No. We are an independent, multi-brand repair company. If your appliance is still under the manufacturer's warranty, contact the manufacturer first.
