Grand Pearl is an independent, multi-brand repair and home-services company. We are not an authorised service centre, franchise, dealer, distributor or partner of any appliance manufacturer. We are not sponsored, endorsed or approved by any brand named on this website, and we have no business relationship with them.
1. Why brand names appear here
Daikin, Carrier, LG, Samsung, Bosch, Siemens, Whirlpool, Ariston and others and other brand names on this website are trademarks or registered trademarks of their owners. We use them only to describe, accurately, the makes of appliance our technicians can repair or service. This is descriptive use in good faith. It does not suggest any link with, or approval by, the trademark owners.
2. No logos and no “official” claims
We do not use any manufacturer's logo, product photos or trade dress. We never describe ourselves as an “authorised”, “official” or “company” service centre for any brand. If anyone claiming to be from Grand Pearl tells you otherwise, please let us know on +971 52 362 0116.
3. Manufacturer warranty and official service
If your appliance is under the manufacturer's warranty, or you want service from the manufacturer itself, please contact the manufacturer or its authorised service centre first. You will find their details in your user manual, on your warranty card or on the manufacturer's website. Repair by an independent service such as ours can affect the manufacturer's warranty.
4. Spare parts
We use original manufacturer parts where they are available, and good-quality compatible parts where they are not or where you choose them. We always tell you which kind we are fitting, and the price, before we fit it.
5. Our warranty is our own
Our 90-day warranty on labour and on the parts we fit is given by Grand Pearl alone, under our Warranty & Cancellation policy. It is not a manufacturer's warranty and does not extend one.
